Your position in the organization

To strengthen our team we are looking for a data analyst. Together with 10-15 colleagues you will develop, sell and deliver our propositions. Our focus is on the top 500 organizations in government, healthcare, financial services, FMCG and high-tech. We work for companies such as ONVZ, NS, Schiphol, Grolsch and various ministries.

In addition to making an impact with our clients, you will also contribute to the development of your colleagues on the team. By learning and developing together, we grow as individuals and as an organization.

Main tasks

As part of a team, advise clients on setup Process Mining, KPIs, data analytics, dashboards and data driven improvement;
Programming in languages such as R, Python and Matlab
Perform complex statistical analyses independently or as part of a team;
You will contribute to the development of knowledge and propositions in the field of data analytics;
You are entrepreneurial, actively maintain your network and contribute to (pre)sales activities.

You are a true consultant. You get energy from working in different projects and teams and are constantly looking for the best solution for the (value chain of) our customers. You have consulting skills and are driven to make maximum impact for our customers.
You are a driven professional. You closely follow developments within the field, contribute to them, develop yourself and teammates and are used to working in challenging environments and projects.
You are curious and constantly looking for new developments and solutions for our customers and for Next Senz.

What do you bring?

A completed HBO or WO degree in a technical, information science, business, economic or managerial field;
Passion for identifying patterns in data using custom, self-programmed models
You are client and results oriented and go for realizing maximum impact for our clients;
You are constantly developing yourself, actively soliciting and giving feedback;
Good command of the Dutch and English languages. German and French are an advantage;
Side jobs and volunteer work are a strong plus;
Knowledge and experience in one or more of the following industries is a plus: healthcare, high-tech, FMCG, financial services.
